Development of a hybrid-CMOS neuron circuit integrating feedback FET, a super steep switching device, with CMOS
By integrating CMOS and high-speed switching devices, we overcome the physical limitations of CMOS and implement a neuron circuit with zero standby power. By fabricating a neuron circuit based on the FBFET device, the operation and power consumption of the neurons are verified, and the Spiking neural network (SNN) is implemented to verify the power consumption during learning and recognition.
